Which program can achieve this shaking camera effect?

    I like the effect of the shaking camera here at 00:48, and want to know what program or whatever will give me the ability to get a similar effect.

    I am using Sony Vegas now. Anything I can do with that?

    Hmmph..

    any software that will let you edit in a frame by frame manner, and will let you move and rotate the image..

    tmpeg and flash mx will do this if you are willing to spend the time required..
