Which RF Upgrade for XCopy Gold users?

I went to 321 sight and logged in. Went to Support section looking for the RF upgrade (Downgrade?). Took me to customer service page that showed my registered product info. When I went to click on "Download" software it told me no upgrades available?

How exactly am I supposed to get the RF versions...and which version(s) do I need? I saw ExpressRF and PlatinumRF...I have Express but also Gold.

Check http://www.nycsoftware.com/dvdxcopy/support/ - I think it's the acting d/l and support site for 321 X copy products. You can get Gold there....and Platinum. Don't know if they are RF or not.
