   i have seen some movies, with 100mb giving good quality video, please let me know which software is better for compression.

   then what's the format of movies you have?
   
   Normally, MPEG-4 is more compressed format
   
   there is a freeware called SPAM can convert almost all kinds of videos to MPEG-4
