Hello, just new to these forums here so please go easy. I have just got myself a new Starview 3 (The Box Super), genuine, and was wondering which firmware I should flash it with? I have seen the different versions available and have read on these forums different people recommending different versions, I just dont know which one to go with. The 3 versions ive seen mentioned alot are 7.05, 7.09 and 8.00? I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction, im pretty confident that I can flash the box fine just need to know what firmware to use. Thanks!

The 3 of them will do the trick, but if its a new b0x use the 7.09.

Thanks for the quick reply, just one more question, I read somewhere else that 7.09 is for boxes with an extra connector on the back??? Although the other post is a bit vague and doesnt say what this extra connector is??? Or should I just not pay any attention to that post?

The 7.09 will be ok, if you have any problems flashing it, come back to this thread & you`ll get all the help you need.
