I plan on using the Free McBoot/swap magic method of playing backups now, and I'm following these instructions http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials/fmcb/en_swapmagic.htm

I was just wondering if any type of USB drive is compatible for Swap Magic because they dont have a list on their website.

You can't use every USB stick, the ones that are powered by U3 don't work. At least, it doesn't for me

Well, Technically it doesn't have to be a USB stick, just a device that has a USB piece. An MP3 player would work for example. Again, not all MP3 players work. I guess its just how the people made the USB device.
