WHICH version of motorola phone tools should I use to put images/songs on my BLACK RAZR V3

    just run the live update once more, i think the latest update is 3.12

    thers only one file that comes in the zip and its the set up file
    whenever i use this version it doesnt work like it should
    i cant transfer stuff onto my phone
