To date I've stuck with Roxio (yeah, yeah, I know, but it came OEM with the first CD/RW I got and once you get locked into something you know how it can be) but am thinking it's time to get with the program and (re)consider NERO. Haven't really played with NERO since, like maybe, v3 or v4 which also came OEM with a DVD/RW. I wasn't overly impressed with NERO at the time, but... Question is: Should I pick up a copy of NERO V6 and stick with the 6.6.1.8 version or go for V7?
At the moment I would stick with the version you already have, the New versions of both Nero6&7 are full of bugs.
