my xbox is made 2/14/2002 version 1.0. there are so many xbox mode chips out there and was hoping you guys can help me out. i basically want to store and play the games on my harddrive and also upgrade the existing harddrive to the max. Should i get the Chameleon, Aladdin Advance Modchip, XBit ModChip, Xecuter 2.3 Pro ModChip? I dont want to solder the chip but I wont mind if thats the best route to go. Last thing, will the Chameleon allow me to play games from ps2? Thanks.
depends on which version xbox you have. you can find out at xbox-scene.com. i have the Xecuter 2.2 lite and my xbox is a version 3 i have had no problems with mine. and you cant play ps2 on xbox.
