    which Xbox 360 do you recommend me to buy the phat or the slim and should i buy with a harddisk or no and if its modded which is the best mod and what should i make sure or when buying

    Phat or Slim: All Phats can be modded. Slims, not as of yet, but probably soon. Use that to make your decision.

    Hard drive: Depends on what you want to store.

    Best Mod: Drive flashing, unless you console is old enough to JTAG.
