I'm looking to purchase a Microsoft Zune. I've come down to the 30GB that I want to buy but I've seen that the 80GB isn't much more expensive. Aside from the size, is there anything different in the two? 30GB: http://www.amazon.com/Zune-Digital-...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1258990305&sr=8-1 80GB: http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=211557591 The price's I'm getting right now is $75 for 30GB, $120 for 80GB.
Why a Zune???? They are the 'odd man out'. Have you used one before? Very few prsons can tollerate the software. The HDs may still have higher standards than the ipods or the others. I think the screen is more vivid than the ipod though the resolution is better on the ipod. I would need a mignifying glass to tell the difference. To me I like the more vivid screen. Usually, the HDs are interchangable. I doubt that there is any difference in the 2 other than the HD. You might peruse the mobile/other audio players forum. The thing is with the Zune is they have a few loyal followers who love the Zune. Zunies do not complain even if they blow up. Those prices are good. Maybe it is a good deal. I stay away from disked players. The Sansa Views have 32 G flash and can take a 32 g SD cards as well. But those will cost you more than the Zunes.
Well, I'm choosing a Zune because I want something small with the ability to hold a lot of video with a nice screen too. The Zune fits just that. I already have a 16GB iPod Touch 2G but I was thinking the Zune is better for Video. 30GB holds 60 hours.
I think you are correct. I like the screen and the prices you quoted are good. The software isn't so bad for movies.
