I see lots of posts thanking the guys who are working diligently getting out the fixes for the dodgy boxes. The one thing that bugs me is the code for the SV1 must be very very similar to the others. So I'd have to think that the manufacturers are the guys who are releasing the fixes and they are trying to force people to get newer models by not releasing a fix for their oldest model.

I think if a fix is released for the oldest model it will come from enthusiasts and probably did earlier this year. So if and when one does come out I think you will probably be thanking someone for their help and they won't be laughing at you.

    i agree with you 100%
the manufactures are taking the pi$$.
sad however how many people (admins) we actively deny this.

personally i will by a different make maybe eurovox or somthing.
though i have had good times with my sv1.
i dont think whoevers putting out the codes will actually bother finding a fix for st*rview1
