why 3.03 oec is the best custom firmware???

    i dont get it.why everyone says that?i have 2.40 oea and it does everything including videos with 280X272 resolution. i have no problem playing any iso or emulator.so why 3.03 oec is better??

    depends wht u want it for

    i use 3.03OE-C coz GTA:LCS Cheat device wont work on higher firmware

    and same with some other plugins.

    but if u have games that require 3.40 firmware then thy wont work..
