    If it has some structural copy protection schemes and unless you're using AnyDVD, you'll have to use DVDFab Decrypter to rip a video folder containing the files to your HDD. You can then use DVD Shrink to process the files. If that doesn't work, process the files ripped by DVDFab Decrypter through FixVTS and then process with Shrink.

    The link to DVDFab Decrypter is in my signature below. The link to FixVTS is below:

    This movie can easily be backed up using the latest version of DVDFab decrypter to rip the files to the hard drive, once it's done open the files using DVD shrink and proceed as you normally would.

    get DVDFab decrypter here;

    I have anydvd and love it, but it's not free. DVDFab is free and works well for those who choose to go the free route.

    No arguement there, anydvd is definitely the way to go if you want easy, but there's something sweet and satisfying about getting it done and not having to pay 1 cent to do it, all it's going to cost is a little bit more of your time. Sometimes it's just about the challenge, even though it have it, I still want to see if I can get it done without it.

    As far as the members, give them choices, then let them choose.

    Hi guys.Haven't posted in a while.Here is what I do if decrypter won't read the dvd. Run dvd-idle.Have it recognize the dvd, then run decrypter with dvd-idle running in the background.Ther should be no problems after that.

    Have you tried the psl2 file? All you need to do is import it into DVD Decrypter.
