why cant i do this 2 with ConvertXtoDVD 4

    hello again and thank u for reading i once took 4 movies phantasm 1-4 using ConvertXtoDVD 4 and put them on 1 dvd 5 so i was thinking well if i could do that with a dvd 5 i bet i could put 8 movies a nightmare on elm street 1-8 on 1 dvd+r dl well i used ConvertXtoDVD 4 put in a dvd+r dl and when it came time to burn it said it didnt have room why is that? it should take 2 times of what i did on the dvd-r? what did i do wrong?

    I understand what you're saying, but with out looking at the convertx log,
    hard to say what the problem was. You are getting into very dodgy ground
    bitrate-wise, once you go beyond about 4 hours for a DVD-5.

    Whether that's the problem or not, check the log for clues.

    Did it leave the converted (ISO or Video_ts folder) files on the HDD ?

    i dont think so and this was a long time ago my burner took out not long after that maybe thats why it wouldnt do it my burner was to weak

    Sounds like a layer break problem

    1) create file with convertxtodvd

    2) create dl iso file with Imgburn (select best layer break position, non slip ( ?))

    3 Burn with Imgburn
