why do my film downloads play as a blank screen as vcd

    Can some1 plz help me :( ive downloaded 8mile(m+m) and the new harry potter from kazza, but when i burn them to disk(usin nero) there just blank screens :mad: (no audio either).

    Does any1 know how i can get round this annoyin problem plz:)

    Its illegal to download copyrighted material from the internet and more importantly, against the afterdawn rules to post about it!


    Anyway, the reason why this would happen is that nero can't read the files you have properly and can only determine a black video stream and blank audio, even if you have codecs for them. Nero supports some avi (or DivX) files but not many. Also, the files you got, I can guarantee are relitively small file sizes for movies right? Nero most certainly wouldn't read them properly!
