why does any pvr not work in ireland??

    hi there can some one please tell me y no pvr i.e kryptview etc box will work in ireland and what they do stop it and could it be done in the uk?

    dont work in ireland because nobody has bothered to set anything up since Sv was here over 6mts ago and left
