Why does Windows explorer keep crashing When ever I try to organize files in a folder?

    Yeah I try to organize certain video files in a folder and I get a message saying Windows Explorer is having problems.

    Easiest first, defrag. If that doesn't help, look in the event viewer, under application, and system. Look for red circles with x's. Click on these and most likely you will see, "explorer encountered a problem." Click on the blue link, send it to microsoft. It only takes a couple of seconds. If there is a known fix for the problem it will tell you how to fix it.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/900004/en-us Yeah they have my exact same problem But I dont have Microsoft Windows 2000 Resource Kit installed..What is this?Or maybe I didnt look for it right?Could someone direct me?I tried using search but that didnt find it..
