Why doesnt TMPGEnc lemme change bitrate for xvid to svcd??

    i wanna make an svcd and i put the settings to ntsc film and vbr (2 pass) i wanna make it fit on a 80 min disc and i cant unless i make the bitrate smaller. I try to change it with expert setting and i did. So then when i click next it says the file is too big and are u sure whether you wana continue or not..

    REALLY GETTTING PISSED WITH TMPGENC. if there is antoher encoding program which solves it or if i am being stupid and dont know how to use TMPGENC plz help me fix this problem THANXXXXXXXX

    It's because in some Xvid or 3ivd codec encoded avi's the end of the file is inclearly defined. Use the 'source range' option in the TMPGenc project wizard to define the source. Set it 2 or 3 frames (or more) from the ending of the avi file.
