why gameplay or movements on call of duty 4 are slow with resolution 800x600 (32 bit)?

    when i playing the game the gameplay or movements are slow..

    I even try with changing the display setting on my laptop but it doesn't change the gameplay.


    Any suggetions....

    You cant play COD 4 on your laptop because it's outdated and the hardware in it is to old. And no, you cannot upgrade a laptop.
