im sorry to moan but im sure i read somewhere that you lose the newbie status after 25 posts... and if you add a 5 on the end of that number your about write for how many posts ive.. posted so how comes i still got the newb stat. i dont really care so much about the status its just that i cant stand that crap that only lets me post once every 3 mins.
I think they only do the "promotions" on a certain schedule. I'm about 25 posts or so over the number for "member" but I'll get it sometime. I understand what you're getting at though; nobody likes being a noob.

Oh well, lots of other senior members and AD addicts are listed as baby burnies over there. I went from newbie to junior member in no time. I didn't notice when it changed from newbie to member. What's your area of specialty? I'm always in the dvd-r media/dvd-newbies/dvd playback/dvd shrink/and dvd-rw drives forums,sometimes here at the safety valve when I get really bored.

the 3 minute wait was to prevent spammers from posting spam and hoaxes to this site. it is a new implemented rule that just came out last month.
