Why is this so

    Hi Guys
    I use a Sony Burner, with the Nero Exress software,using DVD shrink, to back up my DVD, (as I have 3 kids that wreck the originals:) my problem is that I shrink and play back using PowerDVD and its fine but 7 times out of 10 the Nero copy fail somtimes at the start somtimes in the middle or near the end, its weird because I can Burn the same movie 2 times and one will work and the other won't, can anyone help! as having to throw any failed Princo DVD-R A Grade disks are killing me...

    Thanks Guys for the tips really appreciate the info, I got the TDK disc and the PC froze, and no I'm not running any other programs...
    Maybe its the XP Pro.. running Nero 6 in the comptable are I could not find XP ???

    Princos are junk media. Do yourself a favor and try using good media like Ritek, Fuji or TDK.

    All Princo are good for is making crappy windchimes out of them.
    Bought them once never again.
