    OKay. I upgraded my xbox harddrive to a 40 gig. It worked fine for over a day and then out of the blue i was banned. I had mods on i think when i was banned, but instead of just banning the account, it banned my eeprom and said the software or hardware has been modified. So i put in my stock harddrive with a new eeprom, and the next day, it was banned also. WHAT THE HECK HAPPEND!? UGHHH

    he might've got his from a friend that doesn't use XBL, or he just might be god after all :)

    @CT

    i think the XBOX sends a unique code to the XBL server, such as your location, IP, eeprom, etc. it might've just banned you altogether.
