gee, i dunno, could it just maybe, i don't know, just mayyyyybe be because this is a forum run by volunteers who help in their free time? this is not a pay service with guaranteed answers. this is not tech support. when someone who has the answer stumbles upon your question, there's still no reason they *have* to help you.

I refuse to look on principle. Make it easy for people to help you and they usually will, make it hard for them and get "the finger" ;-)
