Unfortunatly, there isn't an "offical government list". The best you can do is Google 'wigan pier'. Usually, the best place to get that information is one of the larger music stores. It creates a web page that many CD are linked to a store that sells the CD. It is an amazing report. If you have a music library have not tried Media Monkey you ought to.
