so i've been reading around for hours on end, but i dont know what info is right on softmodding. so many people say different things about it. some things i wanna know are: if i get homebrew channel succesfully installed is there a chance it could brick in the future. and by bricking in the future i just intend on playing backups after i install homebrew and backup launcher. i dont intend on downloading banners or anything just playing backups from the usa on my usa wii. so is there any risk of it bricking in the future even though all i will do after installing homebrew is play a backup? and another thing is if i update my wii after i install homebrew will it brick or remove the homebrew channel? please i need some help on this. im urging daily to go and just soft mod it, but i dont wanna brick my wii.
