I just copied it using rawdump, then shrunk it via gcm utility .5 and burned it in a multi disk with WiiUI, and it didnt give me any problems.

I burned at 6x using nero on verbatim dvd-r 16x media.

Yes, I am NTSC, sory i did not clarify. So should I run 1.1 or 1.2?

And, not to sound to dumb, but do I just insert the disc (DVD-R) with the program on it, and it self starts and runs?

Ah, so you burned it as a multi-disc. I want to just burn it with the image alone- not using any multi-disc programs. I want to be able to use Action Replay codes on it.

If you have a spare DVD, then try doing that. Then you'll see (or hear) the sound problems.

I read somewhere that when you use the multi-disc program it enables an audio fix on the image file.

I think it was bass_hit that I had suggested to see if a multi-disc would fix the audio issue and he tried it but didn't fix the audio.

I found this on another site...

I know this is about GCoS but it had some interesting news about Wiikey and the DVD9 feature which will only be available for Wiikey owners. I don't know how reliable this source is but figured id post it anyway.

    The WiiKey Sucks!

I have resoldered my WiiKey 3 different times, tried 3 different burners, 2 different software, and the damn thing NEVER WORKED!!!

Now, I have to find a different Mod Chip for my Wii :(

Waste of money and time =\

    1. cloned chip
    2. alzheimers (shaky hands are never good for soldering)
    3. 100w iron - you burned the damn thing, so quit whining. (Or did you use carbide tank and gas welding kit ? :D )

Go buy another wiikey and try again. I had recently 2 wiis modded and all is well. So, i suggest a look in a mirror before you blame other things...

    4 modded Wiis with Wiikeys
2 pioneer DVD dual layer burners
    2 LG drives
    latest version of imgburn
    latest version of rawdump
    100 pk taiyo-yudens DVD-R 8x media

Flawless operation. Not 1 coaster yet. My kids destroy movies & games like crazy. So the originals are in the safe and they play with backups. If one gets destroyed it can easily be replaced. Thanks goes to all the afterdawn overloards for providing us with the knowledge.
