will a starview 1 box work with a hd pc monitor

Hi i have a starview 1 box and was wondering is there anyway to connect it to a hd pc monitor that im going to buy . The starview has a scart and s vidio port and the hd monitor has vga dvi and hdmi . It would be great if i could then i could do away with the tv in the bedroom . Thanks

 

the only way that you can do it will be from scart to hdmi with one of these.
