will a starview box work off a comunal dish

    i have recently moved into a block of apartments and we only have a comunnal dish on the roof is it possible for a starview box or any other box to pick up channels such as sky sports etc? as we are connected to some bunch of cowboys called sky conway and yes it is a con with the price hey charge for the shit signal you receive. anyone got any tips or advice? PLEASE

    Hi
    The Starview is a cable box, you will need a Satellite box for Dish reception. You won't watch any SLy Channels from a dish without a subscription card and a slot in the box.

    nice one man thanks very much. i heard a rumour that there was supposed to be some sort of box that works off a comunnal dish coming out in april have you or anyone else heard this? or is it as i hope not just a rumour?
