I did search I'm not an idiot all I got was a load of posts about cable boxes made in January this year or a load of unrelated posts so unless you have an advanced search function up your sleeve a simple yes or no to the question would be nice and would have taken you about 5 seconds Thanks

Is it that hard to type YES NO or WERE NOT SURE !!!!!!!!!! Its your job as a mod to simplify thing I spent 20 minutes hunting though the god dam search and got nowhere so just do your job and answer YES NO or WE DONT KNOW instead of posting patronizing replies that take 20 times the amount of letters

Come on guys, play nice! LOL! Nobody knows how long the cable boxes will work for. This rumour has resurfaced time and time again, the last rumour was they would stop working on 15th November i think, but they are still fine. If and when the new Nagra is rolled out some of the older boxes might not work afterwards, some of the boxes might work with new firmware. Nobody knows for sure. So all anybody can do is play it by ear. So in my personal opinion you should enjoy your box while you have it and stop worrying about it.

As I pointed out before, the members on this forum give up their spare time to help people with problems with their boxes. A bit of courtesy goes a long way None of us are being patronising, its your attitude.
