Well, what components are you using? We can advise you whether you'll have any compatibility problems and how best to keep your PC quiet.

The components you've chosen there are good, however you should get a good CPU cooler so that you can run it at a low fan speed for quietness, such as this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134 Additionally, most 8800GS cards seem to be noisy and that one's out of stock. This is a quiet card and performs solidly: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121219
i read some of the reviews of that card and 1 of the said they had a problem with it working with wow sience thats the main game i play i need to know if it was just that guys pc or a problem with the card is there a way to find out?
I highly doubt there'd be any reason for a card as popular as the 3850 to have any issue with a game as popular as WoW. I use a 3870 which is practically the same card, and although I don't play WoW, I play Warcraft 3 on it with no issues, I'm pretty confident they're the same engine.
