    Probably soon all released games will have 2.0 firmware upgrader built in and force upgrade to run. Just use a version spoofer.

    No you can not run 'Homebrew', 'Backups', or other Dev Apps on anything over 1.5. (e.g. 1.51, 1.52 (Stock Euro ver.), or 2.0),. What the furture might bring, is unknown right now. There are People, (Some who are full of Sh*t and others that will eventually crack it.), out there who are working on it.

    But to answer your qusetion NO!
