Will not read disk

    Hi

    I have softmodded my friends Xbox, but when I try & play a backup game the light just keeps flashing green.
    If I restart the Xbox with a backup in the drive, it freezes at the Xbox start up screen.

    I have tried Unleash & EvoX dashboard, but still no luck.

    The Xbox is the clear version (1.6)?

    I have Softmodded my own Xbox with no problem, please can somebody help.........

    do u no what dvd drive u have? it might be that, are u using cdrs? does it say game in drive?

    Thanks I got it sorted. Burned the game on to a different type of DVD disk (Ritek G04).

    All is well.

    I know I have already ask this in a different post but, can so one please confirm are you able to play Xbox live will a softmodded box?
