I am looking at this capturing device and would like to know if it will work for me. I want to record my gameplay from my xbox 360 (Yes everyone always ask this question but I have a device that I want to know if it will work, not asking how to do it). Pinnacle Studio MovieBox Ultimate

The easiest way to hook it up is to use the output video and audio from your tv to that capture box. You could hook up the device straight to that box but you will have problems reading the screen on your computer to choose the different menu's. You can also record any tv output with a dvr or a vcr. Then run the output from that device to your capture device. I know you weren't asking how to do it, but figured i'd include it anyway for other people wanting to know.
Sorry for the incorrect link I thought it was the correct one @Homesick2. @C4RN1 Thank you for sharing your knowledge I have my Xbox connected via HDMI so will this have any different effect on my capturing. Will it work fine just using Video Audio Outputs I was looking at the S-Video Output thought it would be easier that way in which case just use the Video Audio Outputs from my HDTV and connect to the capture device?
