    I am thinking about buying this memory : mushkin 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model 996593-REDLINE.

    yes the memory standard is DDR2 1200 so anything below that will be compatible with it. i would sugest getting 4x1gb dims then 2x2gb dimms, its faster that way. only go for the 2gb dimms if your planning on going above 4gb which is really not necessary ATM also some of the better manufactures are G.Skill patriot and corsair. i personally go for corsair

    Those boards support most types of memory, and that Mushkin stuff should be no exception.
