Greetings, I have a quick question for you guys. I have successfully modded a v1.0 xbox (thinking about water cooling as my next mod). But in the mean time am going to mod another v1.6 xbox. Once it is modded, I'd like to put all the files/games that are on my 1.0 onto the 1.6. So, besides re-copying every single game that I own, plus programs, etc onto the new hdd manually disc by disc, is there a quicker way? Thanks for any advice. Edit: Could it be as simple as FTPing everything from the 1.0 to my pc, then over to the 1.6?
I have another question relating to this mod. The hard drive that I'm using is from another xbox I had modded; however, the xbox had recently quit working. So, whenever I use the "upgrade hdd" option on my xenium menu, will it properly format the drive? I was concerned that maybe the hard drive was the cause of my red ring error (from the previous xbox), but wasn't sure. So, is it safe to re-use it in this mod?
