    Hiya!

I've got a question... If anyone knows I'll be very impressed!

If I record a DVD-R in the UK and send it to the States, will it play on a DVD-R compatable DVD player without too many problems?

Will there be any PAL/NTSC issues?

I hope you can help, it'll save a lot of messing about!

    Many thanks in advance.

Today's newer players will have no problem.

it will play fine as long as the standalone dvd player plays both formats PAL/NTSC ,as said most the newer dvd players play both formats

There probably will be PAL/NTSC problems. The majority of the installed base of USA standalone players will not handle PAL. Computer play will be fine.
