Will Upgrading to Ubuntu 8.04 Cause Problems in Virtualbox?

    i have ubuntu 7.10 and the closed source edition of virtualbox installed. i am thinking about upgrading to ubuntu 8.04. two quetions:

    1) will the closed edition of virtualbox malfunction if i upgrade to ubuntu 8.04?

    2) if i upgrade to ubuntu 8.04, will the USB support in virtualbox stop working?
