Is anyone out there familier with Win DVD?? I've been using Win DVD 2000 on a 2yr old HP notebook & I'm pretty familier with it. I just recently bought a Viao notebook that has WinDVD 5 and I cant use a feature that I liked with 2000. The feature allowed you to take a picture from the dvd you were watching. I think its called "Capture". You could change the directory of where it would save the files as well. On Ver. 5 in the Setup, Control path capture is grayed out. I've tried everything that I could to change these options.
I'm assuming it came preloaded on your Viao? If so, it's a crippled version designed to make you shell out $$ for the full version. Lovely isn't it?
