win32\hantaner virus help

    i have contracted the win32\hantaner virus and cant get rid of it i have tried norton pc cilin and avg (which tells me its on there but cant find it) when avg finds it it comes upwith this message c:\system volume information|_restore{A750e427-8bd5_422d-9fc7-e4ccea371408}\rp15\a0005456.exe virus found .any help on this matter would be appriciated thanks

    Did you ask Norton? Since you own their antivirus program, they will give you support with the problem.

    could not ask norton as only borrowed it of a friend i dont actually own it or registered it
