WinAVI MP4 Converter Codec

    Im trying to convert a AVI but comes up i need a DIVX/XVID decoder. It tells me to go to winavi.com but i cant find it no where on there.
    Can anyone help me with this. Its all registerd and stuff just wanna convert this film
