I'm converting mp4 files to wmv with winavi converter so I can stream to xbox360,It seems very slow,anything from 4 to may be 15 fps 1 episode takes well over 2 hours to convert,I have k-lite codec pack installed.Could it be k-lite settings not correct or that i,m using intel celeron m processor 520 laptop?
i usually get around 100fps if i've no other progs hogging my memory. are you running other software (P2P?) that could be affecting the speed or has it always been that slow ?
