window installer

    I'm having problems with window installer, anytime i open any program with photos or like printshop, photoshop, pictureshow. i get a small window telling me its preparing to install(window installer) than it freezes i have to go task mgr. and end the task. need help to get rid of this window poping up everytime i use a program

    thank you, it work i just remove "creativeproject" from the list and
    it work thank again
