Windows 10 means big changes for the future of Xbox
Microsoft made a lot of sweeping statements yesterday about what it wants for the future of Xbox and Windows. We don't like broad statements here at Engadget; we like specifics. Good news! We've broken down the aforementioned statements into the stuff that really matters: how you will be affected by the upcoming launch of Windows 10, specifically as it pertains to the game console you own and the PC you use for games. We've got answers on everything from in-home game streaming to Xbox's biggest games heading to the PC, so head below for a beat-by-beat breakdown of what yesterday's big announcements mean for the future of the Xbox platform as we know it.

Why?? A die hard PC gamer is not going to use a inferior gaming console to play games on a pc and/or tablet. Most titles now are developed across several platforms.I would be surprised if any pc gamer didn't have a steam version etc of a game released for the one.Ridiculous waste of programming.Microsoft need to sort out how to stream file formats properly before going into developing this tripe and chips.

I have Xbox One and I know I wouldn't be streaming my game from pc to it. I like my consoles, but the PC will always be the best for gaming in my opinion. Of course you need a good gaming pc and I do although outdated already, not just a pc lol as some don't get that.

I have a xbox one upstairs and a 360 downstairs. The one console is my step sons so never get a look in.My PC has lacklustre performance so if i were to upgrade my pc hardware i would just go and buy the PC version of a game.
