G'mornin! I have a quick question about the builds on windows 7. I currently have build 7000 installed on both my laptop and desktop. Since I installed them i've noticed that other builds have popped up past the one I have, with some updated features and all that good jazz. My question is, when my windows 7 updates, is it getting the things released on the other builds, or do i need to install that spicific windows 7 build 70-blah-blah to get the features released. Any/all help is appreciated
Build 7000 is the Build released to normal people and thus MS have missed some of the features that are complicated/buggy/don't want us to see it seems unlikely the majority of the newer features are coming to 7000. Also you don't want any build other then 7000 as you risk losing stability and features. For example builds pre-7000 didn't have defragger and that sort of thing
