windows 7 link colors

    I need information on how to adjust the link color in windows 7?

    This is a problem that should be in the windows section. One of the mods can move this for you.

    Can you tell me where to look as I have tried control panel brightness contrast, visual display etc. I'm sight impaired so I'm using a black background with white writing but all the threads or links are in a pale blue and are very hard to make out.
