Windows 98 problem can't run other language file!!!

Hi, I have an old computer which is a compaq presario model 1830 running windows 98 (English windows) 455mhz at 128MB... I was wondering if there were anyways to write other languages using windows 98. For example using Spanish or Korean on word 2000 because I have microsoft office 2000 installed on it. Also I moved some files from my current computer to the old one but the files names are in a different language like Korean I think and Chinese... Are there anyways to read those files they are exe files and some are music... I heard something about IME but not sure about it.
