I have recently picked up a brand new Hewlett Packard laptop. I had it for two days fine then on the third day, windows automatic update came up when I was shutting down the computer. On my other computers this has been no problem atall. Although my problem is that after downloading the updates during the shutdown, it got stuck on the install. I left it on overnight thinking it would auto shutdown, but when i woke up it was still on the installing screen. I held the power button to shut down, and tried to shut it down again and let the install run but once again it got stuck!! I have no idea what could be wrong as there is hardly anything on it. Please someone help me!! Cheers
