    Does anyone know if this is a good program to use to change the logon, welcome and sign off screen for windows XP Home editon SP2?

    horrible program in my opinion... i use tuneUp winstyler if ever...

    What do you not like about windowblinds and do you think the same thing about all the other stardocks products?

    and where can I get the tunesup?, or where is a safe place to get tunesup

    windowblinds only changes your taskbar and window style. if you want to change the logon screen get "logon xp" it comes with its own editor to make your own logon screens and there are a few built in

    agreed logonxp is the best one its available from the same place as windows blinds
