hi all i have a sony vaio vgn-nr32m and for some reason wen i turned it on it comes up with windows error recovery screen and giving me 2 options launch start up repair (recommended) start windows normally which ever i select it comes up on screen as if it is loading vista up but the screen just go's blank and i can only see my cursor any ideas what the problem is and ow to solve? thanks
Not sure the problem, but I would try the startup repair. It may find the problem and fix it for you automatically. Don't do anything drastic yet, such as a "reinstall" or "format" if given the option, especially if you have sensitive data you don't want to erase.
thanks for the reply dude i remebered it is still under warrenty so i got on the blower to sony they come and pick it up wensday apprently the harddrive is fooked
