hi i have an acer and was going to restore to factory settings. as i was gonna restore i let my kid mess around with it and he has changed the language to chinese or something like that. a went ahead and managed to restore thinking it would go str8 back to english. but all the way through the restore it was still chinese. it has reboot and is now on the windows installation bit where you need to select the language there is 3 language options wher i should be selecting english, english(united kingdom) and uk or something . but i have no way of reading chinese to select them. i have tried using translation sites still with no luck. is there anyone that could help me in anyway by either knowing how many selections to count down to or up the way whichever is the easiest please help anyone thank you

guess .. OR .. if it was changed once it can be changed back

I see you don't bother to tell which version of crapware you are running.. so that's it because the procedures are different for each.. as are the language options.
